Ordering Information
Orders using the site order form may will
be emailed to us through orders@shafferminerals.com.
Orders not using PayPal may be paid for with check or USPS money order.
Payment for orders through PayPal can be made after we have emailed you with the
total cost of the order with shipping and/or insurance. This can be done
by clicking 
image entering your login information and sending payment to brettshaffer@tds.net
through PayPal.
International orders may be paid with a
Western Union money order or through PayPal.
Shipping Information
Orders within Continental United
States:
1. Orders with Shipping Weight
Under 2 Pounds
Orders under $10 will have a flat shipping
rate of $5. Orders of $199.99 or less will have a flat rate of shipping of
$7. Any orders of $200 or more will include free shipping. Packages
will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
2. Orders of 2 to 19.9 Pounds
Orders with shipping weight of 2 to 20
pounds will have an $8.95 shipping to ship Priority Mail. Packages
will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
3. Orders of 20 pounds or greater
Orders with shipping weight of 20 pounds
or more will have extra shipping costs beyond the $8.95 shipping fee.

Orders placed within the State of
Tennessee will be subject to 9.25% sales tax.
Insurance will be provided if requested
for an additional cost.
Orders outside Continental United
States
Orders placed from outside the continental
United States may have an additional amount charged for shipping over $7 and
insurance.
Returns
If the customer is not satisfied with the
specimen, the cost of the mineral will be refunded provided the customer pays
for insured return shipping.
